All sales are final.

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to change of mind.

However, we want to make sure your Festive Pearls kit arrives in good condition. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing pieces, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue.

If your claim is approved, we will offer either:

• A replacement at no additional cost, or

• A refund for the affected item

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Festive Pearls is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
